I have no idea why people give this place bad ratings. The breadsticks are amazing and the pizza is fantastic!! You do need to get the specialty pizzas though... That's where the good stuff is. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I think it's a little expensive!! Other than that.. the pasta salad's are amazing. Seriously the chicken bacon ranch pizza is literally heaven on earth.

This rating is based purely on service. So let me just say I got the salad bar (which is mediocre) and a breadstick (I love the breadsticks a lot-those get 4 stars) and the price was great for the lunch special. Now let me tell you what I'm observing, as I'm here right now. There are 3 tables here. Me, a family, and another gal. The family has been checked up on once. I watched the other gal come in. There was no one at the front desk (as per usual), but two workers were ignoring her while they bussed tables. After maybe five minutes a waitress walked up to the front desk to ring something up and doesn't say anything to the customer. Finally another worker wanders up and seats her. I waited for a while to be seated too. Once I was seated, no server came over. After maybe 15 min I overheard a waitress ask the guy who seated me who was serving me. He said he didn't know and then said "just take her". I ordered and then she left a check on my table without another word (what if I wanted dessert? What if I want an additional breadstick to go? NOPE). I've been here for 30 min and no one has checked up on me. The only visible workers are seated and having lunch together. Honestly this is kind of hilarious. Who is doing the training? Who owns this place? Please call me so I can train your entire team. The customer service here has never been great but seriously?! I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

For a place called The Pizza Factory, their pizza is pretty mediocre. The breadsticks were okay. It should be called the twisty breadstick factory. The pizza was EXTREMELY overpriced. Almost $20 for a pizza that would be considered a small anywhere else. The service wasn't the greatest. There was only one other group there and we had to wait a long time for our food and drink refills. They got both of our pizzas wrong. They forgot toppings for their standard pizzas. Nothing custom. All in all a mediocre experience. My wife remembers it being better when she was a kid. Too bad.

Great pizza and great price. The twist breadsticks are ALWAYS the best. Definitely worth a drive.

When we received our breadsticks, I thought we were in for a great experience. They were DELICIOUS - definitely a must have here. The salad bar was pretty decent, as well. The service was mediocre; the waitress didn't explain things very well and sort of acted like we were putting her out when we asked for some simple items. The pizza was awful! I was so surprised after eating the breadsticks, but the crust was really soggy on the bottom and it made the whole thing pretty gross. I was glad I filled up on bread. Also, what is up with the plastic utensils? It killed the vibe, and if you are a weirdo like myself that hates eating pizza with my hands, it's really difficult to cut pizza with plastic forks and knives. We will not be back for the pizza, but I could see us going bowling and ordering some of those killer breadsticks, to go!

NOT good. Steer clear. Run-down atmosphere. Everyone's order arrived incorrectly. Bitter soda. And the food simply wasn't good. The Pizza Factory has a great reputation in Southern Utah, but looks like SLC location will ruin that reputation. This location didn't even offer the same menu items as other locations. Yuck.

I just had dinner here and it was pretty good. They have a great salad bar that is $4.50 for a small plate, $5.50 for a big plate and $7.50 for all you can eat. Everything was fresh and good selection of veggies and cheese. The pizza was really good but I wish the sauce had more zing or salt, it was kind of bland. Crispy crust, I liked it. The weird thing here is you can't have beer even tho there is a full bar in the bowling alley. Weird but I guess one has a license to sell and one does not, sucks because beer and pizza is pretty damn good. Service was ok but they need to pay more attention rather than huddling around the service area having group therapy. All in all, soooooo much better than Chuckie Cheese.

This was possibly the worst restaurant pizza I've ever had. On my rating scale, DiGiorno frozen pizzas receive a C-. The Pizza Factory pizza gets a D-. The crust was super dry. The toppings were sparce and low-grade. The sauce was about what you'd expect from one of those grocery store squeeze bottles. There was very little cheese. I would probably give them 1 star based on the pizza, but the service was great and the breadsticks were fantastic. So 2.5 stars is probably about right. I will NEVER order another pizza here.

Breadsticks were really good, pizza was decent but the "large" wasn't as large as I was expecting for $16. Wasn't crazy about the service, not bad but nothing special. I gave it 4 stars because it was mediocre and didn't seem the cleanest as my table was sticky. Would consider going back but wouldn't be my first choice!

Pretty good food, breadsticks are great, salad bar is pretty good, better if they had balsamic vinegar. Also like the squash as noodles option on pasta. Pretty good.

The food here has definitely gone down hill. We have been here before and it was really good but not so much today. The blue cheese dressing on the salad bar was like eating water with chunks in it. The pizza had hardly any sauce and the crust was super dry and flavorless. It tasted kind of like saltines. I am definitely not in a hurry to go back

The Pizza Factory could be a five star eatery, but there is just something lacking. The service is meerly adaquate. The food, while good could be great. Was the server leaning against the kitchen window playing a game on his phone while his fellow servers were rushing an indication of how things are? Yes, sadly. If you're looking for okay food then this is the place for you.

While the service was good & prices reasonable, the pizza was TERRIBLE; which explains the reasonable prices. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for the table and had to search for the pepperoni and sauce was pretty much non-existent.

The dinner prices were high. 9$ for a 7" personal pizza. 2.50 for a fountain drink. 3.50 for a raspberry lemonade. It's a loud atmosphere and the service was bad and slow. Orders came out all wrong. Pizza was ok at least and they acknowledged they didn't even bring our bread twists hence the 2 stars. I wouldn't ever go there again.
